Event Description: New to the Academy? Every Monday and Wednesday late afternoon we have rugby evaluation sessions at the Rhinos Sacramento Training Center.
The sessions include S&C and Rugby Testing, as well as drills to improve your rugby skills and rugby fitness.

Age-Groups: U14 – U23 Boys & Girls and Men and Women (Must have active membership with USA Rugby)

Date: Every Monday and Wednesday 4:00pm – 5:00pm (welcome to stay for the 5:00pm – 7:00pm training session).

Location: 1940 Railroad Dr, Sacramento CA

Cost: Evaluation Session is Free.
